Hitched Venues, LLC offers a variety of Mobile Venue Trailers including Mobile Bar & Stage Trailer, Exhibit Trailer, and Mobile Smoker/Cooker.  Our rentals are perfect for any event including Weddings, Corporate Events, Trade Shows, Music Venues, Festivals, Car Shows, Tailgating and so much more.

Yes you may. Keep in mind it is advisable to have TIP-Certified Bartenders who are trained and licensed by the state. We do offer TIP-Certified Bartending Services by Bar Babes of Southwest Michigan. Contact Us for details. 

Yes, we do have package pricing available. For example: If your event is in need of both the bar trailer and smoker trailer, we can provide package pricing. Please contact us for available discounts.

We offer a portable generator for rent that provides the necessary power to run everything on the trailer for more up to 10 hours on one tank of fuel. It is a ultra quiet generator that may be placed behind the trailer up to 25' away. This is available for the Bar and Exhibit Trailer.

The 70" Smart TV may be connected to any internet connection. If WIFI is not available, you may connect via Hotspot on any personal mobile device.  Streaming HD video is achievable with 3 or more bars of signal.

Yes!  The 75" Smart TV offers HDMI, USB input and WIFI. The sound system accepts HDMI, USB, SD Card and Bluetooth input to play your own music list. The sound system is a very easy to use and offers selectable dual speaker zones. Also included is a Bluetooth Microphone for announcements, singing, etc. 

It Depends. If you are hosting a private party such as a Wedding, Birthday Party, etc. and the alcohol is provided and nobody is charged for their drinks, then in the State of Michigan you do not need a Liquor License. It is in your best interest to have Tip Certified Bartender(s). We do offer TIP certified bartending services by Bar Babes of Southwest Michigan. 

If you plan to charge for drinks you WILL need a Liquor License or Permit to do so. If you are a business and already have a Liquor License you most likely can serve under that  license but may require a permit for that city/town. In either scenario you will want to check with your local law enforcement. Hitched Venues, LLC offers a mobile venue space and does NOT offer liquor license services nor do we insure such liability.

Yes, of course. This trailer is great for any venue!  If you do not have a use for the bar taps, the handles may be easily removed. The area reserved for kegs may be used for cold beverage storage. Also available is the beverage fridge and ice bin. Looking to do wine tasting?  Set the fridge to the appropriate temp and your set to go. 

Delivery of up to 25 miles is included in the price of the rental. Any thing further will be a charge of $1.00 per mile for drop off and pick up. Note: Only certain vehicles may tow the Expandable Bar and Exhibit trailers. Please inquire for details.
