Hitched Venues, LLC offers a variety of Mobile Venue Trailers including Expanding Bar Trailer, Exhibit Trailers, and Smoker Trailer.  Our rentals are perfect for most any event including Weddings, Corporate Events, Trade Shows, Music Venues, Festivals, Car Shows, Festivals and so much more. 

We offer Daily, Weekend and Weekly Rates.  Please click the Rental tab at the top of the web page and select the rental type you are interested in. 

Yes, we do have package pricing available. For example: If your event is in need of both the bar trailer and smoker trailer, we can provide package pricing. Please contact us for available discounts.

We offer a portable generator for rent that provides the necessary power to run everything on the trailer for more up to 8 hours on one tank of fuel. It is a ultra quiet generator that may be placed behind the trailer up to 25' away. This is available for the Bar and Exhibit Trailer.

Streaming service is available via T-Mobile Hotspot Internet. Internet will only be available if cell phone service is availbable. The Smart TV may also stream via a personal mobile device via Airplay or equivalent. YouTube TV is included and you may view any News, TV Episode and Sporting Event that YouTube TV offers in your area. If Youtube TV does not offer the aired event you are looking for, you may log into your personal account of any other provider on the Smart TV. 

Yes!  The 75" Smart TV offers HDMI, USB input and connected to the Mobile Network on board. The sound system accepts HDMI, USB, SD Card and Bluetooth input to play your own music list. The sound system is a very easy to use and offers 3 one touch speaker zones. 

It Depends. If you are hosting a private party such as a Wedding, Birthday Party, etc. and the alcohol is provided, meaning nobody is charged for their drinks, then in the State of Michigan you do not need a Liquor License. It is in your best interest to have a Tip Certified Bartender, if you do not have one please inquire as we do offer this service. If you plan to charge for drinks you WILL need a Liquor License or Permit to do so. If you are a business and already have a Liquor License you most likely can serve under that  license. In either scenario you will want to check with your local law enforcement. Hitched Venues, LLC does NOT offer liquor license services nor do we insure such liability.

Yes, of course. This trailer is great for any venue!  If you do not have a use for the bar taps, the handles may be easily removed. The area reserved for kegs may be used for cold beverage storage. Also available is the beverage fridge and ice bin. Looking to do wine tasting?  Bump up the fridge up to the appropriate temp.

Delivery of up to 25 miles is included in the price of the rental. Any thing further will be a charge of $1.50 per mile for drop off and pick up. Note: Only certain vehicles may tow the Expandable Bar and Exhibit trailers. Please inquire for details.
